One week has gone..just like that

it's time to go back..
it's quite a bad day for me...
i chose to buy ticket on the spot but i can't get any...
all are sold out
suddenly, i heard someone, shouting..."penang, butterworth...penang, butterworth..."
i feel so lucky and quickly reach for that person..

i continue searching for another company..
still i couldn't find one...
"tiket ke utara habis dijual"..oh GOD!!!
my heart sank to the bottom of the ocean....
there's the only choice...RM50
i must go back on saturaday..
no choice, i bought the ticket for RM50
k..9am at platform 18
waited for quite a long time but the bus still not arrived yet...
i asked the ticket seller for 2 times..i barely smile
i sensed that it's not gonna be a nice journey back penang...
at 9.20am, they called us, to go to the bus at another place..
When i enter the bus..SHIT!!
they gave me 4 seated lousy bus with unpleasant smell..
got flies inside somemore..*WTF*
i'm really disappointed and irritated..
the people are all the dark skin with strange look..
i'm really scared..to sit with them..
finally, i found a chinese guy, sit with him..i feel more secured..
5 hours journey turn out to be 7 hours..
at 9.30pm, the supposed to depart
to make sure they earn to the fullest, they still selling the RM50 tickets to fill up the remaining 10 seats...

at about 10am..we departed
there's a big jam at Sg buloh onwards..
polis checking...haih...
again, the bus make unnecassary stop at rest house...
i counted..almost 5 times.OMG!!
Long journey bus should only stop for once or twice..
arrived at penang, jam again at the toll before the bridge..
too bad...
supposed to arrive at 2pm upon 9am departure..
end up depart at 10am arrived at 4.30pm..
It was a Black Saturday...too bad

I finally know and feel the tiredness...

It's not easy to study and the same time involved in other activities..
really admire those who are active yet can get good results..
i'm adapting that kind of life now..
and i think it'll be very2 useful in the future!!!
leadership, ability to organise, manage time..blar3..
i'm learning cos the world is changing..
result is not the main factor anymore...
everything is talking about balance..
to conclude, need to acquire as much knowledge as possible at the same time developing soft skills...
i've learnt...
...to accept flaws
...to not to be too perfect.. cos i realise that nothing is perfect in this world *winks*

...how to talk effectively to improve relationship
...how to smile even when i'm busy..haha

Doc: (saw a symmetrical scar on my hand)..pls bend your arm..ya..it spread by contact

Doc: I'll give you antibiotic..
Me: eat one??, How about cream
Doc: Ok..i'll give you both..

I was precribed with Roxcin(Roxithrocin 150mg 6 tab's)
and an unknown antibiotic cream with no proper labelling.
Waited damn long for it..

Interesting cosmetic laboratory workout..
we were assigned to make rouge, or the most common term.. blush
available in 3 dosage forms, liquid, cream, and dry solid form
ppl would mostly prefer the dry one..
not that messy compared to the other 2
we were asked to prepare cream and dry powder type
4 in a group instead of 5..
the guys(ZK, KY) chose to do the powder..*thought that would be easy*
poor guy..leave the tough job for the girls..
lol..SL and me did for the cream type..
mixing powder seems to be an easy task but it's not..*haha*
they complaint of tired after a while of trituration*lol*
making cream, however, is easy but challenging
to make a nice and stable cream, it requires good techniques
mixing the oily and the aqueous phase at almost at the right temperature,
gentle mixing for bonding*haha*
applying the physical pharmacy's knowledge..
cocoa butter, melt at temp less than 60C
i made the coloured cream and SL did for the colourless base...
then, we mix em' for 5 different colour...
sounds interesting right??
mix the colour u like..
as Dr Yvonne said: "for this course, you got to be creative"
Our next practical would be more interesting..
making blush using lipsticks..
